Preparing for Delivery
To help ensure your delivery is as smooth as possible, we kindly ask that you prepare in advance. Please ensure someone is available for the full delivery window, as our couriers are unable to wait or return later the same day.
Before your order arrives, please confirm that your item can pass through all access points, including doorways, hallways, staircases and lifts. Clear all walkways of obstacles and remove any fragile or valuable items from the delivery route. We also recommend protecting your flooring—such as with dust sheets or cardboard—particularly for larger or heavier pieces.
We partner with a selection of trusted delivery specialists, each offering different service levels depending on the size, weight and dimensions of your item. As a result, delivery options may vary across our collection:
Doorstep delivery – Delivered to your front door
Hallway delivery – Placed inside a ground-floor hallway or entrance area
Room of choice delivery – Delivered to a room specified by you
Please note that if no one is available during the delivery window, some couriers may leave the parcel in a safe place or provide a calling card. Failed deliveries due to access restrictions or unavailable recipients may incur additional charges, so we strongly recommend planning ahead.
Once Delivered
Upon delivery, we recommend carefully inspecting your items to ensure everything meets your expectations. If you notice any concerns, please contact our Customer Care team promptly, including clear photographs so we can assist you efficiently.
Any issues identified after delivery should be reported within 24 hours, allowing us to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Please retain all original packaging and your order confirmation, as these may be required for after-sales support. For items requiring assembly, we advise confirming all components are present before beginning and following the provided instructions carefully.
If you intend to store your items prior to use, we recommend inspecting them thoroughly upon arrival.
Pre-orders/ Made-to-order
All pre-order and made-to-order pieces are supplied with an estimated delivery timeframe at the point of order confirmation. This is provided as a guide and may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control, including production schedules or unforeseen delays.
Payment for these items is taken at checkout to secure your order. For pre-orders, once the item is complete, we will begin preparing your item for dispatch.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order or made-to-order items, we will typically dispatch available pieces first to ensure prompt delivery. In some cases, however, we may hold the order until all items are ready for shipment.
